The Simmons Group Project Division was engaged by Broad Construction in 2012 to provide the detailed design and fabrication works for all structural steel to their head office facility located at 202 Pier Street, Northbridge.
Supply, fabrication and delivery of all steel materials for the office building was completed to a high architectural finish.
The scope items included logistacally challenging aspects such as; the majority of the steel beams being over-length (approxamitely 25 metre columns) requiring break-bulk shipment, advanced packaging and specialised transportation methods.
